Last updated 27/10/2026

This policy explains how Brown Sugar Federation ("we", "us") uses personal information collected through thebsf.co.uk. We are the data controller. You can contact us at info@thebsf.co.uk.

What we collect

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Tickets

Tickets are sold through a third-party ticketing provider, which will have its own privacy policy. We will name the provider on the event page when tickets go on sale.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to host this website, handle form submissions and run our email. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, unless a booking or dispute means we need them for longer.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, object to its use, and ask for it in a portable format. Email info@thebsf.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes
